Everything about our leads, in more detail. Almost all of it is flexible. We would rather fit how your team sells than make you fit us.
The leads
Who are these leads for?
Sales teams at companies that sell bulk CO2 to restaurants and bars: bulk CO2 suppliers, beverage gas distributors and their territory reps. If your company moves restaurants off high-pressure cylinders and onto a bulk tank with a monthly agreement, these leads are built for you.
What counts as a qualified lead?
By default, a restaurant or bar that is still on high-pressure CO2 cylinders and goes through at least 2 tanks a month, confirmed directly with the restaurant and dated. That is just our starting point. If your team only wants accounts above 4 tanks, only bars with draft, or only certain cities, tell us and that becomes the definition.
What information comes with each lead?
Every lead includes the restaurant name, address, phone number, CO2 setup, tanks per month and the date we verified it. Most also include their current supplier, whether the CO2 goes to fountain soda, draft beer or both, who handles ordering, and the best time to reach them. Some details depend on what the restaurant shares, and the sheet always shows exactly what we confirmed.
How do you verify the information?
Each lead is confirmed directly with someone at the restaurant, and the date is recorded on the sheet so you always know how fresh it is.
Can you leave out restaurants we already serve?
Yes. Send us a list of your current accounts and we will exclude them, so every lead is a restaurant you can actually win.
What if a lead turns out to be wrong?
Tell us. We will look into it and make it right. We would rather send fewer leads than leads your reps cannot use.
Pricing and terms
How much do leads cost?
We set pricing together after the free pilot, once you have seen the quality. It depends on your territory, your minimum tanks per month and whether you want leads exclusive to you. There is no cost to try it.
Are leads exclusive?
They can be. If you want a territory to yourself, we will not send the leads in it to anyone else. We work out the details together.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
The pilot has no contract at all. After that, we agree on terms that work for your team.
What is in the free pilot?
Ten qualified leads in your territory, delivered within 10 business days in a shared Google Sheet. No cost and no obligation. If the leads are useful, we talk about next steps. If not, you are out nothing.
Delivery
How do we receive leads?
In a shared Google Sheet, added in batches as they are verified. You can export it to your CRM or have your reps work straight from it. If your team prefers another format, we can do that.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Florida. We can also cover other states, so if your territory reaches beyond Florida, ask.
How many leads can you deliver?
As many as your team can work. We scale to your reps, so tell us how many they can follow up on each month and we will build around that. The real limit is how many qualifying restaurants are in your territory.

Who is Sawdust Ventures?
An independent company based in Delray Beach, Florida. We are not a CO2 supplier and are not affiliated with any supplier. We find the restaurants worth your reps' time so they can spend it selling.
Do you contact restaurants in our name?
No. We always identify ourselves as Sawdust Ventures and never claim to represent your company or any other supplier.
